Okay, this definitely turned out differently than we fans expected!<\/p>\n

For a while, October 1 had fans wondering what Tate McRae<\/a> might be teasing. A new single? A new album? Maybe even a new tour announcement?<\/p>\n

Well\u2026 none of the above.<\/p>\n

Instead, Tate surprised everyone by announcing something completely different: her very first fragrance, Tate 01 \u2013 The Eau de Parfum by Tate McRae<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It marks a brand-new chapter for Tate outside of music and gives fans another way to experience her personal style and aesthetic.<\/p>\n

What does Tate 01 smell like?<\/h3>\n

The fragrance is described with the following notes:<\/p>\n

Fresh Bergamot. ISO E Super. Warm Ambers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The official description sums it up perfectly:<\/p>\n

With fresh bergamot bringing a bright opening, ISO E Super adding a smooth and modern character, and warm amber notes giving the fragrance a soft and sensual finish, Tate 01 sounds like a scent designed to feel intimate, effortless and personal.<\/p>\n

Not the announcement fans expected<\/h3>\n

October 1 may not have brought us a new Tate McRae single, album or tour announcement, but launching her first perfume is certainly an unexpected surprise.<\/p>\n
